• Coordinates all activity for Emergency 911 for the City of Tuscaloosa.
• Designed and implemented the reorganization plan for this division adopted by the city Human Resources Department.
• Researched police officer pay plan for Tuscaloosa Police Department implemented by City of Tuscaloosa, 2001-2002.
